Square Plastic Pails With Lids
This post is about the square plastic pails with lids.Here I will introduce in three parts. The production process,the printing process and the material.
1.Production Process
Injection molding process: mold clamping, injection, pressure holding, cooling, mold opening, and product removal.
a.Mold clamping:The mold clamping device is used to open and close the mold to perform the demoulding operation. One method is to use a toggle lever and another method is that opens and closes the mold directly by using a hydraulic cylinder.
b.Injection:The function of injection device is to melt the resin by heating and then injection it into the mold.Spin the screw,and let the resin which put into the hopper stay at the front of the screw.Injection after storing a certain amount of resin.
c.Pressure holding:When the resin flows in the mold, controlled by the moving speed of the screw and after full of resin,will use the pressure to control,when the screw reach a certain position or a certain pressure,the speed control will change to pressure control.
d.Cooling mold opening and product removal:Next,through the cooling process and the demoulding,the brand new product will be pushed out.
2.the printing process
Two types of printing terms: Silk-screen printing or Heat transfer printing available.

Silk-screen printing or Heat transfer printing are different two processes,but the results are the same.
Silk-screen printing:It’s a process that make the content that you want to print into the product,just glue the ink on the bucket by extrusion.
heat-transfer printing:A process in which a special film is adhered to a product after being heated.
- The material
The material of our plastic square bucket is PP(Polypropylene) and PE(Polyethylene). Polyethylene is more suitable for low temperature environment than polypropylene.
So if the temperature of your place is very low,or you need to pack some cold food,like ice cream,ice,or cold water,I suggest you choose PE(Polyethylene).
Little tips:PP material products will become more brittle,easy broken.
